We’re looking for an enthusiastic Airfreight Operator (Export/Import) to join our team in Brussels!

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing timely and efficient airfreight export and import shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with legislative and company procedures, and maintaining high service standards.

  • Bookings, documentation, and system registration (EDI) for exports and imports

  • Coordinate pick-up, delivery, and customs clearance

  • Handle hazardous cargo with proper documentation and communication

  • Track shipments, address delays/issues, and report discrepancies

  • Liaise with agents, carriers, and stakeholders

  • Prepare invoicing and cost processing within deadlines

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

 

Skills required

  • In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations, Dangerous Goods regulations, and local security requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Cargosoft/EDI

  • Cargowise certification is a big plus

  • High accuracy, motivation, and team spirit
