As part of our rapid expansion in Greater China, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a high-caliber candidate to join us.
For our branch in Hong Kong, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager.
 

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain customer relationships, converting leads into prospects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Promote company products/services while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.



Skills required

  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics; with a strong hunter mentality
  • A highly motivated individual with a solid product knowledge in import/export ocean (NVOCC) and air freight, as well as experience in providing value-added services in 3PL solution (preferred)
  • Experience in Air Freight business is a plus
  • Familiarity with sectors such as Hi-Tech, Healthcare or Retails, and Consumer Goods is advantageous
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin; additional language skills in German, Spanish, or French are a bonus
  • Knowledge of personal computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
