What you will do:
The management trainee programme at Röhlig is distinguished by its international focus. This means that the trainees get to know a variety of locations across the world. The programme runs for three years, so the trainees can gain detailed first-hand knowledge not only of various business areas but also of the local and work culture of the countries they are based in. This also enables them to develop an international network of their own. While working in two different Röhlig subsidiaries worldwide, as well as in the Röhlig Head Office in Bremen for six months, you will get to know all facets of international transport logistics and be fully incorporated in the daily business of operations, sales and finance.
In addition, all trainees take part in our “Blue Step” programme, which prepares staff for the management positions of tomorrow. This programme consists of two training modules on topics such as leadership, finance or intercultural competence. For more information on the programme please see our website.
