We’re excited to bring on a dynamic Operations Intern this summer to support our growing team and gain real-world experience in logistics and supply chain operations.

 

What you will do:

  • Supporting Air, Ocean Import/Export and road operations teams with daily file management
  • Reviewing shipment documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills)
  • Monitoring shipment milestones and tracking updates
  • Assisting with customer status updates and communication
  • Data entry and file setup in the Transportation Management System (CargoWise or equivalent)
  • Supporting billing accuracy and documentation compliance
  • Assisting with rate research and quote preparation
  • Organizing and auditing shipment files for accuracy
  • Participating in team meetings and learning operational workflows.

 

What you bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Logistics
    • International Business
    • Business Administration
    • Related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, TEAMS)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Interest in global logistics and international trade
  • Ability to work within a team.

Preferred but not required:

  • Prior internship or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with logistics or transportation terminology
